Overall, I highly recommend this site because it protects its members through background checks.  If a matchmaking site did not do this, then more peoples lives are at stake, despite most dating websites claiming that they are not responsible for choices that are made by people.  This site cares about its members,  and it shows.

Aside from that, I haven’t come across any issues with this website, and I’m entirely satisfied. This is not a major problem since you are not paying for anything, but if I were enrolling in a dating site, I would want to scope out the singles before taking the plunge.

Mingle2 has a simple way of matching you up with singles. You can either search the basic form which is merely an age, gender, location kind of approach, or the advanced search which includes everything but the kitchen sink. From here, you then hit yes or no to the matched singles, and the connections are made.

The website allows simple communication between the members in the form of a chat like setting, or a message forum. I also found that if a user has a problem, there is a frequently asked question page, or contact us option on every page to ease the date finding process. All in all, like Plenty of fish.com  Mingle2 is a wonderful way to find some singles in your area. I would be sketchy because the lack of background check like its competition eHarmony conducts, but if you use your good judgement this site will serve your needs!

Categories available to block include gender, country, distance, and message size. When searching you can also block the profiles you see by selecting what you are not looking for. These categories include hang out, dating, friendship, talk/email, friendship, intimate encounter, long term, activity partner, other relationship, married, drugs and smokers. This is a nice feature because you know the profiles presented to you have already been filtered for what you are looking for.

Plenty of fish .com has several very well planned features to both protect your privacy and let you know who is checking you out. One of these tools is the viewed me tab.
